Gifted Hands Academy is a Allied Health school located in Hammond Indiana. Gifted Hands Academy offers 8 – 10 weeks programs with certification for Phlebotomy and EKG. Upon completion of the 8 – 10 weeks program and passing the certification students will be prepared to launch a rewarding career in health care.
Gifted Hands Academy has received the following certifications: The National Commission for Certifying Agencies, which accredits certification organizations complying with its standards. Its mission is to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the public through newly established accreditation programs.
Gifted Hands Academy is certified through the state of Indiana – Office of Career and Technical Schools (OTCS) and the WorkOne Program. The OTCS certification also certifies agencies to operate in the state for programs that are not degree qualifying and WorkOne certification will allow for residents who cannot afford the cost of tuition to be paid for by a qualifying program. Gifted Hands Academy is ensuring that it has various methods for identifying the target audience to enroll in the program and create a breakthrough in the healthcare field.

Tiffany Stokes, owner and visionary behind Gifted Hands Academy has over 20 years in the healthcare field and understands the importance and rewards surrounding being a healthcare professional. One of the most important things to owner/visionary Tiffany Stokes is that she provides this program in the underprivileged neighborhoods of Northwest Indiana, to assist with closing the gap on the various disparities that impact these neighborhoods.
Phlebotomy technician:
64 Hour | 8 weeks | 2 days per week | Wednesday and Friday.
Accelerated EKG technician:
62 Hour | 10 weeks | 2 days per week | Tuesday and Thursday

This school amazing. All the instructors are excellent at what they do. The theory instructor makes you sure you understand everything you need too, to get through this class. No question is ever a silly one, she makes sure your very knowledgeable in her lectures, once she's done. Our clinical instructor was amazing, out going personality, and a very bubbly person.
